Quantum Measurements in Holography

In this project, I am investigating the quantum measurement theory for observables in holography, a framework for quantum gravity which posits that a theory of spacetime can be modeled exactly in a corresponding quantum theory without gravity. For example, we are developing the theory for how to measure the length of a JT gravity wormhole in the SYK model on near-term quantum simulation platforms. Stay tuned for an upcoming paper!
